The Kekkaishi Scale Explained

Note: This scale is mainly used for manga etc.
0-Too horrible to think about. No good art or writing, too many cliches, or just plain bad.
1-Horrible, but not the worst. Possibly good art or writing, most likely too many cliches, unsuitable art or storyline, art and writing that does not fit well together.
2-Not too bad, but still bad. Most likely good art or writing that does not fit, possibly unoriginal or cliched, jokes that aren't funny, or no original ideas.
3-Pretty bad, but not too so. Most likely good art and bad writing or vice versa, boring, too many or not enough characters, no character diversity.
4-Could be better with a major change in storyline. Probably without jokes or serious moments or can''t balance exactly. Might seem pushed or drab.
5-Halfway there! Multiple small problems in storyline, originality, or art. Not beyond saving, but pretty far out.
6-Getting better... Several small problems that could be ignored if there weren't so many of them. Possibly poor writing or art style with cliches or unbalanced characters.
7-Pretty good. Either one or two big problems or a small amount of little ones. Might have a good beginning or ending but a bad middle and ending/beginning or character problems, such as no diversity or cliches.
8-The "normal" rating. Most mangas are about here, with almost no big problems and some easy-to-fix small ones. Some originality, but possibly something wrong with the storyline or ideas. The art might not fit the story or could fit, but could still be bad.
9-Almost there! Not quite Kekkaishi level, but extremely close. Fun to read, but not life-changing. GOOD HORROR MANGAS GO HERE.
10-Kekkaishi level! Great originality and art with little or no cliches. Art perfectly suitable to story that is good besides and is fun to look at. Funny and serious times are perfectly balanced and the characters are designed, both physically and mentally, with originality. Definitely a good manga to read!
